Data collected

When you use the contact form or finish a level game: name, email, company, role, phone (optional), message, questionnaire answers, language and originating page. The site uses no advertising cookie or third-party tracker; a technical cookie remembers your language and a session protects the forms.

Purposes and legal basis

Answer your request and offer support (pre-contractual measures and consent). Information is recorded in our customer relationship tool.

Recipients and transfers

CT Conseil and its technical processors (hosting, CRM tool, automation service, scheduling). Some processors may be located outside the European Union or Switzerland, with appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Three years after the last contact for prospects; statutory duration for clients.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Swiss nFADP: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write through the form on the Contact page. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France) or the FDPIC (Switzerland).

Newsletter

Subscribing to "The CT Conseil briefing" requires your email address and your consent, confirmed by a click in the confirmation email (double opt-in). The address, language, confirmation date and an anonymised technical fingerprint are stored in our emailing tool (the same vendor as our CRM) to send you one edition per week. Every email contains an immediate unsubscribe link; you can also write via the Contact page. Addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, then removed from the mailing list. No advertising tracking; aggregated open statistics may be computed by the emailing tool.

Online tools

The domain test only sends the entered domain name to our server to query public DNS. The password check sends the first five characters of a hash to the public Pwned Passwords service (k-anonymity). The other tools run entirely in your browser.
